How long does each therapy session take?
Standard therapy sessions last 50 minutes. I usually recommend meeting weekly to start, this way I can really get to know you and we can lay a solid foundation towards your goals in less time. After satisfactory progress has been achieved and you are in more of a "maintenance" phase when it comes to your objectives for therapy, we may collaboratively discuss the option to taper down sessions (e.g. meet every/other week).
What is Your Fee?
I charge $200 per 50 minute session. I understand therapy is an investment- and you are worth investing in! I am an out of network provider, though am happy to provide a superbill for insuriance reimbursement purposes.
*A reduced fee may be available upon further assessment and on a case-by-case basis.
What Can I Expect During a First Session?
This first meeting is an opportunity for us to get a good sense as to whether or not we are a good fit to work together. We'll take a few minutes going over policies and paperwork, I'll open up the floor for your questions (if you have any), and create space for you to go into more depth about what it is you're hoping to work on/explore how I may be able to support you in achieving those goals.

I'm an advocate for doing the homework to find the therapist that is the right fit, and don't take offense if I'm not that person for you. I also want to make sure that my knowledge and experience are in alignment with your needs, and if they aren't help point you in a better direction.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask that clients let me know at least 48 hours in advance if they need to cancel a session, otherwise the full fee will be charged for the time. In very specific situations, exceptions can be made.
